Quite soon - in the autumn of 2015 Liepāja will be able to boast a special architectural masterpiece in the form of the Great Amber Concert Hall.
Great Amber will be the new home of the Liepaja Symphony Amber Sound Orchestra and the Emiļa Melngaiļa Liepāja Music High School.
