We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer with more than 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our clients and enhance their interaction with our products. As a senior member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding individual product UX/UI, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that drive user satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-centric solutions for our IoT fleet management platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts.
• Turn complex information into simple, engaging experiences.
• Present new ideas and designs for small and large audiences.
• Conduct independent research and competitive analysis on multiple aspects of products and experiences from a UI, UX, and product perspective and present results.
• Collaborate with PO on defining product success metrics for individual projects and small improvements.
• Oversee and aid in testing ideas and designs with end-users (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.)
• Create process and user flows, wireframes, information architecture maps, and journey maps, resulting in low to high-fidelity prototypes for mobile/web applications.
• Design within existing standards to contribute to our internal design system, best practices, and guidelines and support the creation and shaping of a new design system, Produce detailed, pixel-perfect final specifications.
  
  Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Hotjar, Google Analytics, dovetail, 
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approach.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and summarising results and future actions. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A problem-solver mindset with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions and a passion for technology.
