Business Analyst

Since opening in 2013, we've been trusted to print 28M+ items and grown into a team of 1,600+ employees worldwide. Our team is constantly expanding, so we’re looking for a new teammate—a Business Analyst who's ready to face challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • developing and implementing cost control 
  • improving monthly closing processes of cost related tasks (f.ex. developing and implementing the Accrual policy)
  • coordinating the calculation of income tax
  • participating in finance projects (e.g. Transfer pricing project)
  • planning department budgets
  • calculating and analyzing rentability and other financial indicators
  • preparing data for reports (regular and ad hoc)

Here's what we expect from you: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with cost control and monthly closing tasks (accruals)
  • a degree (or current enrollment) in Finance, Economics, or a similar field 
  • proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables), Power BI, and Big Data Analytics
  • good communication skills
  • ability to maintain business relationships
  • excellent English and Latvian skills (both written and spoken)
  • strong analytical skills 
  • ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • self-discipline, productivity, and attention to detail
  • experience with Transfer Pricing projects would be considered a plus
