Junior Affiliate Manager

Since opening in 2013, we've been trusted to print 24M+ items and grown into a team of 1,400+ employees worldwide. Our team is constantly expanding, so we’re looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager who's ready to face challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Our affiliate program plays an important role in Printful's market strategy. To date, Printful affiliates have made more than $1M in commissions. As a Junior Affiliate Manager, you'll maintain and grow our affiliate network, as well as implement new ideas to improve our affiliate marketing strategy. 

Your daily tasks will entail:

  • processing inbound affiliate applications & onboarding high value affiliates 
  • monitoring day-to-day affiliate activities
  • maintaining strong relationships with our existing affiliates by regular communication via emails or calls
  • initiating new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses to engage and motivate existing affiliates
  • managing the monthly affiliate newsletter—updating affiliates about company sales, offers, promotions, and new products
  • working with the rest of the Marketing Team on various collaborations and incentives for affiliates

Potential future tasks: 

  • recruiting new affiliates from allocated markets
  • managing the affiliate network
  • managing the affiliate FB group
  • working on other exciting Printful project

We're looking for a highly motivated Junior Affiliate Manager with a passion for digital marketing, strong communication and business negotiation skills, and a desire to learn and grow professionally.

What we expect from you:

  • excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • experience in ecommerce, affiliate, email, social media, or content marketing will be considered a plus 
  • strong skills in Spanish, German, Japanese, or Italian will be considered a plus
