Customer Support Specialist in Japanese (remote)

Printful offers high-quality printing, warehousing and distributing services, as well as graphic design, photo/video, marketing and customer service for small and medium online businesses. 

One Customer Support team member daily processes about 70 e-mail and chat messages, as well as phone calls. Currently, we are on the crest of a wave, therefore we are looking for new team members to join team Printful!

This a full-time remote job.

Your duties:

  • provide world-class customer support in English/Japanese;
  • provide customers with prompt, accurate, kind and responsive replies;
  • reply to approximately 70 interactions (e-mails, chat messages and telephone calls) within one business day;
  • answer customer phone calls.

  • monthly salary starting from 1000 to 1200 euro gross, depending on work experience, education, and other skills;

  1. Monday to Friday from 5.00 to 13.30 (Saturday, Sunday - off)
  2. Monday to Friday from 14.30 to 23.00 (Saturday, Sunday - off)
