Junior Account Manager

Since opening in 2013, we've been trusted to print 25M+ items and grown into a team of 1,400+ employees worldwide. Printful is constantly expanding, so we're looking for a talented Junior Account Manager to join our team of experts. 

Your daily tasks will entail: 

  • working with high-profile B2B customers from around the world
  • working as an ecommerce advisor for managed customers and helping them grow their ecommerce business by unlocking new business objectives
  • building a sales pipeline by working with the Customer Success team
  • managing the sales process to discover customer needs, engaging in value-based conversations, and streamlining customer processes and experience with Printful
  • collaborating with internal departments to facilitate the fulfillment of customers needs
  • achieving quarterly sales objectives and accurately forecasting sales activity

  • monthly salary 1,000–2,500 EUR gross, depending on work experience, education, and other skills
