Recruitment Specialist (2 positions)

Printful helps artists and entrepreneurs transform their ideas into thriving ecommerce businesses. With 300K+ customers using our services, we're one of the world's leading printing, warehousing, and fulfillment companies.

Since opening in 2013, we’ve been trusted to print 28M+ items and grown into a team of 1,600+ employees worldwide. In the previous year, our HR department in Europe more than doubled its size and created a dedicated Recruitment team to help Printful expand. That’s why we’re looking for 2 new Recruitment Specialists who will find the right people for our diverse teams.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • coordinating recruitment activities (reviewing candidate resumes, conducting interviews in person or over the phone, conducting reference checks)
  • approaching candidates and carrying out headhunting assignments on various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)

Here's what we expect from you: 

  • at least 1 year experience in recruitment
  • precision, high sense of responsibility, and a systematic approach to work 
  • ability to work independently
  • excellent English skills

Knowledge about recruitment methods (e.g. Boolean search) and experience with recruitment software (ATS) will be considered an advantage.
