Workday Administrator

Since opening in 2013, we've been trusted to print 24M+ items and grown into a team of 1,400+ employees worldwide. Our team is constantly expanding, so we’re looking for a Workday Administrator who's ready to face challenges in a fast-paced environment. 

As a Workday Administrator, you'll be a key team player in the transition and rollout of our new Workday HR system in the US, and then be responsible for the day-to-day HRIS administration and reporting.

Your daily tasks will entail:

  • working with HR business partners to manage the use of HCM and related solutions
  • configuring changes in Workday in line with Printful business requirements 
  • helping teammates create reports and use other Workday tools 
  • diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues 
  • serving as an escalation point for system issues reported by users
  • customizing the system and carrying out tests to improve its use  
  • creating and updating Workday documentation and reference guides, informing the team about changes 
  • managing processes to ensure the integrity of data to all third parties (payroll vendors, talent acquisition, talent management systems)
  • performing audits for data quality/integrity and system maintenance

Our requirements 

  • minimum 2 years of experience implementing HR and ERP systems
  • thorough knowledge of HR processes and data (including workflows) as well as HRIS database design, structure, and processes
  • strong analytical skills, high attention to detail
  • ability to carry out projects from A–Z: take initiative, manage time, and prioritize tasks
  • creative approach to solving technical issues
  • ability to work both independently and in a team 
  • experience implementing Workday will be considered an advantage
