English and Spanish Speaking Customer Support Specialist

is a fast-growing international company in the field of ecommerce and printing. We're a team of more than 700 people—300+ in Latvia and 400+ in North America. We recently opened our second Europe office in Barcelona and moved our Riga fulfillment space to a brand new facility in Lidostas parks

We develop code and detailed user interfaces that make us the best at what we do—printing custom products on demand. Our system, developed entirely in-house, lets us receive our customers' orders in seconds, and send their print files to any of our fulfillment facilities around the world.  

We are one of the biggest Latvian companies in the USA. As part of Draugiem Group, we have 15 years' IT experience, 6 of which have included work on Printful. We've been featured in NBCDelfiForbesTechCrunch, and other tech blogs, and major ecommerce platforms like Shopify recommend us to their customers.

Printful’s growing rapidly, and our goals are ambitious, so we’re looking for an English and Spanish speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in our Barcelona office! In other words, a self-proclaimed multilingual language enthusiast who knows how to get through to people with their writing. 

One Customer Support team member daily processes about 70 e-mail and chat messages, as well as phone calls.  If you are positive, detail-oriented and like helping customers - join our Customer Support team!

Your duties:

  • provide world-class customer support in English and Spanish;
  • provide customers with prompt, accurate, kind and responsive replies;
  • reply to approximately 70 interactions (e-mails, chat messages and telephone calls) within one business day;
  • answer customer phone calls.

Monday to Friday from 11 am to 7:30 pm (Saturday, Sunday — off)

Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm (Saturday, Sunday — off)
