English and German Speaking Customer Support Specialist (remote job, from July 5)

Our business is constantly growing, so we're expanding our Customer Support team to be able to provide world-class support to all of our customers. 

We help our customers with setting up their store, using our tools, managing their orders, and promoting their businesses. That's why we're looking for motivated and energetic Customer Support Specialists to help our customers succeed.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • reply to approximately 70 interactions (emails, chat messages, and telephone calls) within one business day
  • make our customers feel seen and heard with prompt, accurate, kind, and responsive replies

This is a full-time, remote job position, with the following schedule:

  • Tuesday through Saturday 10:30-19:00 EEST
  • Tuesday through Saturday 15:30-24:00 EEST

      To perform your tasks, you'll need a quiet workspace and a computer with a fast and reliable internet connection (25+ Mbps). The workload is divided into shifts, so you must be available to work according to a schedule on any day of the week, including weekends.

      What we expect from our Customer Support Specialists:

      • excellent command of spoken and written English and German
      • positive working attitude
      • desire to learn and grow professionally
      • genuine interest in IT and ecommerce
      • Resourcefulness, responsibility, and precision, even under pressure
      • ability to remain cool and collected while corresponding with customers
      • assertiveness and ability to work without constant supervision
      • ability to focus on multiple tasks at once and divide attention accordingly
      • experience with remote work and/or customer support preferred
