Enterprise Sales Manager

Printful keeps expanding, so we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Enterprise Sales Manager. It’s an exclusive position with the goal to acquire enterprise-level customers. You’ll also coach and lead a team that works with the world’s largest brands in entertainment, music, sports, and more. 

Your daily tasks will entail:

  • leading the Strategic Sales Team (setting individual goals, forecasting sales activity, etc.)
  • designing and developing a sales strategy for the enterprise segment
  • training and coaching your team 
  • actively recruiting skilled and ambitious team members 
  • overseeing the team’s activities and performance
  • working closely with other Printful teams to ensure the best possible sales experience for our customers 
  • identifying and understanding trends within the retail, ecommerce, and fashion industries

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales management (ideally enterprise selling)
  • excellent written and spoken English
  • track record of achieving high growth rates within the managed teams
  • experience in recruiting and managing a sales team (preferably with a focus on international markets)
  • ability to identify, develop, and close large scale deals
  • great communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • good decision-making skills
  • desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 
  • ability to travel for business purposes

Experience in tech sales or developing sales strategies for international markets will be considered as an advantage.
