Program provides students with a background in all of the functional areas of business.Core courses are mandatory for all students, while electives can be chosen to allow students to specialize their skills within specific areas of management and to suit individual interests. See Program Calendar.

Students can take General MBA or choose between the three specializations - Marketing, Finance or IT.

The program has a flexible schedule where classes are held on workdays from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm and each semester students choose to register for particular courses depending on course offer, suggested sequence and personal consideration.

Each year is divided into 3 semesters – Fall, Spring and Summer. Students can choose to take 1-4 courses per semester. Most students prefer to take 2 courses per semester (two evenings per week). If two courses per semester are taken, the program can be accomplished in 2.5 years.

Case method

It is a method of learning that requires an active participation and discussion of a particular situation. Therefore it can also be called the discussion method in a group of co-learners. RBS has an agreement with Harvard Business School thus having an access to its case studies. The case itself describes the scenario in the context of the events, people and factors that influence it within real life business experiences. Each course of the Professional MBA program has a particular number of cases that are discussed throughout the course. Although there is no substitute to experience, many of our students have acknowledged case studies gave them the knowledge, the skills and confidence to deal effectively with the wide range of difficult decisions in their careers.
